Lovely location beautiful setting. Traditional farm house, comfortable bed. Good facilities and a great English breakfast.

I had a last minute phone booking with Jenny. She was so welcoming,friendly and very kind lady. The rooms are spacious with TV and coffee&tea making facilities. Beautiful view to the lake. We had a private bathroom access. Free parking and WIFI Had a breakfast outside which was excellent and generous. We loved every moment there and will come back for sure. We stayed here in October 2022 while visiting the NEC for the caravan and Motorhome show, its only 12 miles away and is a beautiful building. The hosts are very friendly, the dogs are awesome and the food was just lovely. Very friendly would defo be staying again. Rooms: Beautiful large room Nearby activities: Easy drive to the NEC

I had such a lovely stay, the hosts are very kind and you feel at home instantly. The guest house is beautiful, the rooms are big and the views are fantastic. They serve a hearty breakfast , the whole atmosphere is just warm and inviting. Thank you for being so kind to a stresses out first time traveller.

Quirky building which has a great deal of history and lovely views over the lake towards the mansion at the top of the hill. Large spacious room and large comfy bed. Bathroom dated but clean and spacious which is let down by the lack of pressure in the electric shower. Slightly limited choice at breakfast but full English was excellent. Despite the few little niggles I would definetly stay again.

We've just spent 2 nights at Abbey Farm B&B, its a beautiful old house, full of character, in an amazing spot, overlooking a small lake. Our room was so comfortable, and very large, as was the bathroom. But what made this place special was the owner and her son, they made us feel so welcome. Abbey Farm is a great place to stay.

What a wonderful little gem. Bill and Jenny were so welcoming. We felt like visiting family. Spacious room overlooking a beautiful lake and extensive estate. Bill was very knowledgable about the history of the area. Wish we stayed a few more days as we could talk to him forever. Breakfast was very generous and tasty too!

Beautiful location and very friendly and warm welcome. It's in an old house on the site of an older abbey; facilities are not modern but clean and comfortable. The shower could have been more powerful but that is the only minor drawback. Lovely comfortable bed, excellent breakfast. Great value for money.
